Chalk it down to one more victory to the corrupt pols. They just take after the organized criminals who have discovered long ago that real estate is the most lucrative way to make tons of money in the shortest amount of time. Cheat your people of future livelihoods and be happy. So unlike even the wildest animals who often look to the well-being of even strangers to their pack or pride. India is doomed unless corruption is arrested.
