I was told the same — “because it bounces,” or something to that effect. There was no reason for that to happen, but ostensibly that was happening! It was when I was asked whether I wanted to continue receiving Goanet posts, that I realized this ubiquitous issue. I guess it was on account of those phantom bounces (that I was not aware of).
