HI All, As the primary petitioner, I have decided to dip into my own pockets to carry out a mass campaign to popularize the FREE GOA petition as a test market. I am doing this because I am told that not many people in Goa are aware of the FREE GOA petition. Of course there are many very intelligent ones who know about it, but have chosen to sit on their hands and not to even talk about the petition as they seem to have better ideas. I am letting everyone know that this FREE GOA petition is my last attempt for my Motherland and my Borthers and Sisters in Goa. After this, I will cease and desist.
I have purchased the database of Mobile phone numbers of Goa and shortly I will be testing sending out whatsapp messages to 10,000 Goa based mobile phones as a test. If this works, Like minded persons can join me in sharing this financial burden and we can come out with a joint strategy. To send the message to the target phone numbers, I have to pay for what is called an online PANEL which also cost some money. On this panel the phone numbers and the message is loaded and the messages are sent automatically through is panel. Alternatively the software can be purchased, but it costs much more money. If this works in getting the whole of Goa aware of the FREE GOA petition, I will consider going further. The message that I have coined up is attached below.
