Has anyone from Canada/US subscribed to the online edition of Herald (Goa) ? Tried many times, but. after hitting "checkout" button, I get "error code" message. Complained to the paper's IT dept, but git a remply saying it was working fine. Once, after putting,CANADA in the blank spacem for country, the registration form showed $9 (three months). Other tomes it was showing in rupees.
