If Willy was a pukka Saligaokar, he would not have been booted out! You have correctly identified, that Parrikar, is no more communal than the Ranes, who run their fiefdom, subjugating their tenants to labour, akin to being bonded. They give their tenants no rights, that are afforded elsewhere in Goa. You have correctly identified that Parrikar, is the most decent and honest MLA, that is, of course, not including our most honest Mathany..as per oHERALDo polling.
