CONVENTION OF THE GOAN DIASPORA FROM GOA INTO THE WORLD

Dear Vidyadhar

I am not sure the posts reveal a deep contempt for the will of the people. I
currently accept the
will of the people but do not accept the system which allows politicans to get
elected. It is a
power/money system which I have contempt for since it is corrupt from top to
bottom and to the
core. No surprize then I am not happy with the results. The fault is with the
system of which the
electorate is a part and a pawn, the fault is not with the electorate alone.
What we have in Goa
is not representative democracy of the people, but representation for and by
power and money. By
the way this is the problem in the USA, UK, etc. too where the average citizen
is effectively
disenfranchised and Microsoft, the Pentagon, Citibank, WTO, IMF, etc. set the
rules for
"democracy".

We need to advance the date of the people's revolution.

Regards,
George
