Dear Albert,
If you are comparing the RSS to YMCA you must be out of your mind. The more
appropriate organisation to comapere it would be Opus Die, Mocidade Portuguesa,
Taliban, Al Quaida, Red Brigade, IRA or the like. RSS , unlike the YHAI, is NOT
an organisation like the YMCA. There is no need to display your ignorance.
Learning about the RSS is a better option.
Like the run of the mill citizen of Goa, you seem to want the Government
...and Government servants/officers... to deliver everything. How much does a
Resident Doctor in GMC earn [as compared to his batchmates in Private
Hospitals] that you grudge him or her the private practice during off hours?
When almost all graduate doctors opt for private practice...and leave poorly
paid government service as technocrats and even airline pilots and airhostesses
are doing now....one will know their worth as compared to their salaries.
The MLAs job is to LEGISLATE. It is the Cabinet's job to see that the
Legislations are implemented with the help of the administration. It is when
each MLA interferes with the functioning of the administration that we have the
type of mess we now have in Goa. Imagine what would happen if our heart began
to think and the brain began pumping blood and blood flowed through the urinary
tract. That is what is happening in Goa because people have begun to think
between their legs .......instead of between their ears as it should be. ;-))

RSS is a hindu organisation just as we have so many organisations in
christianity. We have YMCA then we have young christians etc etc.We
wear
badges to indicate that we belong to this organisation or that
organisations.Each of us are free to follow any religion,be in any
organisation.That is the liberty given to each one of us.
Can any body object to this? you vote for a person only if that person can do
something for the constituency and not your personal needs.
What we want from MLAS are good solid roads,
continuous electric power, good education (not third grade as seen
today) opportunity to our children to develop their talents,good medical
hospitals (not where doctors practice privately and mint money) good IT centre
(so that our children do not have to leave the state to get jo bs)and good
infrastructure , develpment of fields with latest technology in
agriculture, stopping buildings on hill sides,good police system
,traffic signals,parking place, and lastly installing punching cards in govt
