An IED brought in by two men with hoodies and covered faces captured on
security cameras, exploded in Bombay Bhel a popular and upscale restaurant on
Hurontario Street, Mississauga’s busy Main Street in the Greater Toronto Area
at about 10.30 pm Thursday night.

15 people are injured in the blast with 3 of them critical. No further details
are as yet made available, but the entire plaza in which the restaurant is
located has been in lock-down.

Bombay Bhel is a popular restaurant among Indians as well as other diners,
serving North Indian-style meat as well as vegetarian snacks and dishes and in
business for many years.

This unfortunate incident about which more will known in due course, comes on
the heels of the van-plowing incident killing several people on Toronto’s Yonge
Street in the vicinity of another Bombay Bhel in that area though this is mere
co-incidence.

Watch the internet for developments.
