Still, no income tax is no income tax, right?

One cannot argue that cost of labour is high in Goa, public
transportation (on most routes, especially non-urban) is a pain, jobs
(especially outside of government... but including government
temporary work) pay a pittance, healthcare is inefficient in Goa, etc.

These are all factors independent of income tax. The existence (or
lack of income tax) does not correlate with these factors.

Of course, all such factors do impact the family (or individual)
budget. But income tax is anyway a separate issue. No?
