We watched as one half of a large sum gifted by three non-citizens
evaporated from a very essential town project. One Sertorio Rodrigues and his
fabrica told the incoming vicar they had 'lost' all relevant account
documents. The group was disbanded. The present committee now posts detailed
accounts of all activities on a board. A parish typically have little
protection from predators. I personally directed work on a small project in
another district recently. Not too many could spare the time for that, or want
to face hostility as I
