Sorry to hear of the death of Dinesh Joshi. He was active in journalism when I was just joining in the 1980s. I will remember him as an ever smiling, man of few words. Someone very easy to get along with. He spoke very little (a good practise for a journo, I guess) except when his face lit up to tell a joke! He was a good friend of Dilip Deshpande, whom I also got along with very well despite our differences in perspective.... May happy memories remain. That is all one can hope for. --
