The manner in which a himself very physically incapacitated and extremely sick Manohar Parrikar has axed his two ailing Ministers has to be strongly condemned by all right thinking Goans. That a veteran Francis D’Souza has been so shabbily treated is outrageous while Pandurang Madkaikar has belatedly realized his folly in embracing the saffron brigade and the the very untrustworthy Manohar Parrikar.
And that so called letter from the hospital bed that Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar claims to have now been written to the Central government on the Mining issue is a politically contaminated eye wash that will fool no one. The only letter that now remains to be written by Manohar Parrikar is to the Governor of Goa that he is gracefully resigning as Chief Minister. While doing so Manohar Parrikar must apologise to the people of Goa and seek forgiveness for all his acts of Omission and Commission during his last few years as Chief Minister while he allowed our Goa to be merrily looted and plundered. Infact Manohar Parrikar will go down in history as Goa’s most ever corrupt, communal, casteist and vindictive Chief Minister for whom there would be no room in Goa for even a Samadhi.
