Sir,

It is noticed with regret and disbelief that GFA has allowed registration
of several U16 players by CRC Chinchinim without the Mandatory NOC of their
parent club which is Union of Chinchinim Villagers.

This blatant act of disregard to existing rules and regulations in force by
GFA has set a bad precedent and these players have now played several
matches for CRCC in U16 league which is underway.

We had informed the GFA President/Secretary by email vide our letter
dt.18-09-18 by giving details of the names and registration nos. of the
players in question as they are players of Union of Chinchinim Villagers
Club.

Our Club has not received any application from CRCC requesting for NOC
pertaining to our players. So the question does not arise of Union of
Chinchinim Villagers issuing NOC for Registration of any of our Players to
CRC Chinchinim .

This unethical and unsporting act by the Goa Football Association officials
is condemned as the beautiful Game will be the loser and innocent players
will suffer.

In the interest of Football, we request that action deemed fit should be
taken against the GFA officals involved in this.
