Former Goa Governor Dr. S.S.Sidhu passed away in Delhi yesterday. Dr Sidhu was the Governor of our State from 21st July 2008 to 7th September 2011. A retired IAS officer, Dr. Sidhu though very soft-spoken was always very articulate and immensely knowledgeable. Very kind and considerate that he was, Dr. Sidhu was also a good listener. Was privileged to interact with him on many occasions over various issues.
