Borges and Project Assistant, Sebastian Jatres will attend the PATA (Paediatric-Adolescent Treatment Africa) 2018 Youth Summit meeting titled, ‘Let’s Get READY for #PeerPower’ from 26 November to 28 November 2018 at Ramada Resort, Jungwani beach, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The PATA 2018 Youth Summit meeting, titled “Get READY for #PeerPower” is a collaborative meeting that will drive action, advocacy and greater accountability in safeguarding the rights of adolescents and young people living with HIV (AYPLHIV) to access quality adolescent-friendly service that is responsive to their sexual and reproductive health and wellbeing. Human Touch Foundation implements “We Care” project in Goa which provides psychosocial, legal, nutritional, educational and life skills support close to 300 children and adolescents living with HIV in Goa and is a member of Adolescent HIV Treatment Coalition hosted by International AIDS Society, Geneva.
