Sajan Kumar convicted for life It is to little to late. The life sentence, but death sentence would have served the sentiments of the victims .It took 34 years,the delay was due to political patronage The number of 30 convictions is a sham, The 3000 plus, innocent Sikhs were massacred, systematically for 3 days in riots . when police took a look on the other side and so all the functionaries and registration was under pressure in Houses of Parliamaent . Riots of 1993, 2002 Gujerat,Kandama,l Mujafurnagar heinous riots stand on the same footing and Congress cannot be isolated. There has to be immediate closure of such cases, Sajan has not been in any position of influence but not sacked or dismissed. There has been apology by Manmohan and Indira Gandhi, but Modi has not apologised, The case against Modi is still in S.C The assassination of Indira Gandhi by her own security guard has been equated as revenge, but not as deliberate brain washing by Sikhs .But conveniently for gotten the use of Holy place being misused and military intervention by Indira Gandhi was more at fault, Riots are with complicity of Political parties and incompetence of police with purpose .Others like Tytler , Kamal Nath and others have got scot free as no cases are filed against them. The Govt has shielded the actors. The anger that is let loose due to sentimental reasons and not at direct behest of powers that be .The immediate action after Rajeev Ghadhi assassination prevented similar situation. The BJP going tongs and hammer against Congress for political mileage is in bad taste, when 2002 riots are still hanging though the magnitude is not on the same scale Kodnani sentenced for riots is free again
