When even a government sweeper after falling ill needs a Fitness Certificate to resume work, how does a very terminally ill Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar continue to brazenly cling on to the Chief Minister’s Chair despite being so grievously unwell for almost a year with pancareatic Cancer.
This is perhaps for the first time in the history of our country and possibly the world that a Constitutional authority has been arrogantly acting in this manner in rank defiance of law and the laid down Protocol.
