Goa needs tourists and the British need a break from the chaos engulfing their country this winter with the Brexit vote in parliament yesterday. Goans could offer a free bottle of their best Feni to each British citizen who comes to Goa to get away from the wintry chaos in their country. I am doing my best to come up with some good ideas to make people happy. As an added bonus, it is very likely that some Goans, who share that bottle of Feni with them, will provide some of their really great ideas on how the British should solve the Brexit issue.
