The time and date be recorded Types of violations be specified like no entry Using phones , alcohol while driving Overtaking , parking in wrong spots, overloading, hit and run cases etc No incentives whatsoever and be provided with personal insurance Are their appointments legally valid to enforce traffic violations ?How can any one have freedom to photograph any one and specially ladies under the guise of sentinel duty?
