In 2011 Manohar Parrikar as Leader of Opposition while addressing the Goa Legislative had expressed his deep anguish witnessing Goa becoming a concrete jungle. In a very emotional tone and tearful eyes he lamented that high rise buildings were mushrooming all over.
But it is the very same Manohar Parrikar who after becoming Chief Minister in March 2012 allowed and is continuing to allow abundantly in rank violation of law even the hills and fields to be usurped to make way for buildings all over without even caring to have the basic infrastructure in place. But all this comes as no surprise with Manohar Parrikar now well known as the Master of all U-turns. Manohar Parrikar will go down in history as being Goa’s worst ever Chief Minister for all his devious politricks of deceit and deception.
