Yes, Marco's very interesting article brought back many memories of my own days in Belgaum. As Marcos mentions in his article - following the tragic death of my parents (Dad, step-Mum and 3 very young step-sisters and brother) at the hands of a Jap. submarine, my younger brother, Wilfred, and I were moved to Goa, to continue our education at St. Thomas's High School in Aldona - while my elder brother(Joseph) joined the Jesuits after a brief spell working in a Shipping company.. I still recall, with great affection, those early years at St. Paul's in Belgaum, Thanks for the memory, dear Marcos. Warm regards.
