Below is the third letter addressed to the Minister(our MLA Rohan Khaunte) and
the DGP besides Goa Police which is self explanatory. We had forseen this
problem and requested open access to Chogm road and Mapusa for Porvorim plateau
people, now blocked at the Ocoqueiro crossing. But people are treated by the
government like stray cattle. We senior citizens mostly in a residential colony
have to suffer heavy traffic ingress, huge vehicles these days trying to find
passage through narrow lanes breaking TV and communication wires etc. Sub
Chalta Hai, no one gives a damn and everyone has to fend for himself. What a
state of affairs! Digging continues without coordination and proper planning no
one known when again and again! Even if some planning, execution fails
miserably.

Dear Sirs,
This is the third day. Again around 1930 I find a long line of cars traffic
jam of redirected traffic into one of our colony lanes(Outside Mark Rodrigues
house). and a lone lady driver coming from opposite Sai Dham, blocking the
convoy at the turn. The lady is unable to back due driving expertise as half
road blocked with debris. So a driver from the front car is requested to leave
his vehicle and do the needful for her. Whilst assisting, agreed it wasn't any
one of their fault. The job has not been completed as assured to me by your
office. I understand there was some police help during the day. However PM, I
saw no one directing any traffic, no warning light or clear road signs, and
bewildered drivers and traffic jams. I agreed with the tolerant vehicle drivers
whilst I was there, that it is no ones fault, like No ONE KILLED JESSICA LAL.
The poor laborers were working with no supervisor in sight either! Tell me sir,
is this the way to work? New digital India cannot give us basic safety and non
chaotic simple coordinated planning and execution ?
