Wonders never cease in India.
A major crisis brewing is the lack of jobs. Unemployment figures hit a 45-year high in 2017-18.

So does the PM of India apologise & promise to do better? Not so. The BJP Hindu official is not governed by ethics & never accepts blame. PM Modi not only denied the reports but assured Parliament that 'crores of jobs' had been created in his tenure. No evidence has to be provided.

In reality graduates have been applying for jobs such as canteen waiter, 'peons' or railway gangmen. Last year, India’s most populous state (Uttar Pradesh), about the size of Britain, advertised for 62 posts of 'telephone messenger', a sort of letter carrier, requiring just Class 5 education. Nearly 100,000 applied, including 50,000 graduates, 28,000 post-graduates and 3,700 PhDs. Even though an Indian PhD may not compare with a UK one, the number of over qualified applicants clearly points to a job crisis.

Incidentally, the Chief Minister of UP (Yogi Adityanath by name) is a semi-literate sadhu, more concerned about the welfare of cows.
These are among the wonders in today's India.
