How best to deal with Pakistan The present massacre of 40 soldiers have sent shock waves over 15 states escalating pain and baying for Pakistan Blood. Pakistan on the other hand is seething with revenge for dividing Pakistan and humiliating defeats in previous wars. Hence Kashmir is a pawn in their chess board of struggle for freedom aided and abetted by Army, ISI and so called state actors, including disgruntled home grown terrorists,. The Political parties in Kashmir are blowing hot and cold to appease the separatists over Kasmiri Pandits The withdrawal of security to separatist may be replaced by promoters of terrorism .Pakistan policy to bleed India with thousands cuts is in operation through low intensity wars , covertly supported and funded terrorists organizations over years now with increased intensity. Pakistan forgets that it has divided KASHMIR , since long and India resolved not to be taken lightly. The emotional Nation with whipped up frenzy for retaliation cannot be answer as National policy, Many of us hardly recollect the gravity of earlier wars, Mumbai terror attack including Patankot, Mumbai and other savage attacks of Soldiers. Memories are short lived and perceptions change over time. Pakistan will not be satisfied or act with any verifiable evidence contrary to their hidden agenda .All the overtures by P.M,s Vaipayee, Man Mohan Singh, Modi have been rewarded by back stabbings, The dialogues over 70 years have not moved an inch forward towards peace and settlement .It is said that a person who has 3 broken marriages cannot leverage success through the process of dialogues .India is a democracy not a military dictatorship, where the defence forces are given a free hand to decide policy matters is absurd. The actions are not to be decided by an emotional Nation or TV board rooms, but the element of secrecy and surprise must be well thought off and delivered with precision with minimum loss
The hype of surgical strikes is counterproductive except for political bravado .Has USA disclosed till now details of taking down Osama Bin Laden.? The repeat will not be satisfy unless it is bigger , novel and more devastating. Pakistan must be made to feel the costs of such brazen misadventure Pakistan is always in denial mode even after JEM has claimed the blasts. How can terrorists have such an ability of precision, planning, monitoring with IED`s with military grade RDX? The intelligence failure must be admitted and must be activated to prevent such attacks. The masterminds have been eliminated after the attack and swiftly too and that is no consolation. The Political parties for their vested interest appease the separatist by condemning the military efforts to maintain peace. It was biggest blunder on BJP part to align and rule Kashmir and become silent spectators to upheaval in the valley. The withdrawal of most favoured Nation trade has no effect as volumes are negligible index of exports,. Pakistan has no remorse or pride and self respect as Osama Bin Laden was pulled out without knowledge of Pakistan army by USA operation. The disgracing of Khan, the father of Nuclar growth in Pakistn was best way to avoid condemnation of nuclear proliferation Pakistan counts its advantage of all weather ally ,China and by proximity to oil rich Muslim nations and Saudi Arabia certifying Pakistan and pouring much needed aid recently is classic example, even though it is accused in the tragic incident of Kassojogi incident Isolating it . Once again the noise of water issue is flaunted as in the past after Patankot attack. It will take years to restrict water flow and its use by us,. The treaty with world Bank, USA, UK, cannot be abrogated without International ramifications. The freezing of accounts, money transfers of all military personnel can send strong message. USA with large share of IMF can be persuaded to veto loan thus bringing economic disaster to the beleaguered bankrupt economy. In order to mollify strong international outrage, Pakistan has banned some organizations but no arrest and persecution is visible India is working with other Nations to isolate Pakistan, but that is half hearted approach to a serious issue Pakistan is daring India at retaliation with dire threats, flaunting its tactical nuclear status and its capacity to produce nuclear bombs, missiles etc Even limited war is the last option with consequences for both sides Pakistan has issued warning that retaliatory strikes will mean war and Pakistan is no weak military nation like Israel to take swift action The only and best alternative is to strike the terror minds even with International support and cripple their financial clout .DemonetisTION HAS NOT BROKEN THEIR BACK BONE AS EXPECTED No response will send a wrong signal too But action must be planned without emotions and sentiments and must be precise and time bound.
