The enclosed photo will show you a carwash being operated openly and blatantly just outside the Panjim ferry terminal. Has CCP given them a commercial licence? Has the water department given permission to the use of unlimited and unmonitored water usage? The reason I am writing this is the sheer audacity of the perpetrators to carry out this illegal activity so brazenly and openly. If this is not nipped in the bud, I am sure within a few months you will find a temporary shed coming up to be followed by a more permanent structure and then the corporation will wake up and have to fight a litigious battle at the cost of taxpayers' money. I look forward to some very stern action taken immediately and this open-air carwash shutdown immediately. Even sterner action should be taken against the official who has turned a blind eye to this open and blatant violation. Thank you
