Here in Michigan we get a wide variety of mangoes imported from Mexico and Peru 
and even from Brasil. But the wonderful Goan mango varieties are nowhere to be 
found. Perhaps the South American countries did not have access to the Jesuit 
mango expertise.-----GL responds:
More likely, all of Goa's mangoes which are exported are consumed in the 
Mid-East and Europe; with very little left for the American market.  
If you want to see Goan mangoes in the USA, beg the Goans to grow more mangoes 
and may be eat less of them.  Of course the native Goans could care less about 
being bribed with dollars.
