The Taleigao model is the worst possible "development" model to follow. It only enriches politicians, bureaucrats and builders. Illegal "development" to benefit outsiders, not Goans. Are Goans buying the apartments? No. Instead, Goans are selling their land to outsiders and land sharks from Dubai, Delhi, Mumbai - criminal elements are very active in every stage of Goa's real estate "development". Everywhere it is Goa for non-Goans.
