Hello everyone, I'm Tania Devaiah, a researcher and I live just outside of Vasco. As part of my work over the last year with the CPR- Namati Environment Justice Program we have translated and published their Handbook on Legal and Administrative Remedies for Environment Justice Practitioners <http://www.cprindia.org/news/6490> which comprises of case studies of common environmental law violations that people face and how one can actively address them. These case studies are accompanied by details of relevant laws and policies applicable to each scenario , in very simple language.
