WHY NO RESPECT FOR LAW? Prime Minister Modi is great for slogans. To Sab Ke Saath and Vikas he has now added Vishwas! The Gaurakshas and right wing activists still seem to be given a free hand to deliver justice as they see fit. The police will act only after ourtrage in the media, the culprits ably sheilded by those in power. Why is there no respect for law? Why do I see headlines in today's paper regarding rapes and communal hate crimes? Why a four year old girl raped by a school helper? There is absolutely no transparency and accountability so that those responsible for law and order are swiftly brought to justice and given deterrent and exemplary punishment in line with the PM's slogans and instructions to all his big wigs sitting in Parliament! How can there be any respect for law when the lawmakers are the lawbreakers and there is absolutely no desire to strictly ensure prevention and those committing crime get protection from "above". The trickle down effect is seen daily in the indiscipline of traffic and violent behavior of ordinary citizens! Are the slogans meant for foreign consumption or Media propaganda only? Why do no big wigs in the government denounce ill treatment of dalits and minorities as injustice can be clearly seen and reported in the media!? Where is all this fanatism, inhumanity and hate coming from in educated and intelligent people? You can never judge a person unless you walk a mile in his mocassins as the saying goes. I would add IN THOSE TIMES! Do not soil the present with imaginary built up hate and spoil a glorious future. Do not hold innocent children responsible for thier ancestors so called crimes
