A strange but interesting case of a drug addicted nurse who is ruled as having 
her Human Rights violated by an Ontario Court. All because drug addiction is 
considered a disability.

Sometimes courts have no burden of responsibility when they make questionable 
judgements. For example what if the nurse’s actions in case of recidivism is 
responsible for the death of a patient.
