I used to thin that cyclones only affected the Bay of Bengal. But the current situation makes coastal areas along the Arabian Sea also vulnerable.What if Cyclone Vayu changed its course or a future cyclone moved towards Goa? Would the state and its villages and individual families be prepared for such a disaster.Do the communities and government have disaster drills? Regards, GL
