Goan Catholics are aghast at the happenings in Goa especially w.r.t. the Catholic MLA's switching sides. I wonder why they think that Catholic Goans are above the rest? Here in the U.K. we have had behaviour at the Goan Association of morally bankrupt people. This finally came to an end with the burning down of the Club House. Except for the yearly New Year's dance and the Goan Festival there is not much to look forward to. The Association is taking a very big risk in holding the outdoor Festival at great expense. If it rains on their parade it could be a big loss as Insurance cover is prohibitive.
