Dear Friends,
In pursuance of the Public Education Programme of Jagrut Goem,
a public meeting has been scheduled on Saturday, June 30th., 2007 at 5.30
p.m. at the Caritas Holiday Home, St. Inez, Panjim. This first public
meeting (hopefully, the first of many) will be addressed by Mr. Averthanus
D'Souza on the "Agenda for the new Government". Unless the citizens
actively participate in setting the Agenda and monitoring the performance of
the government, we can only look forward to "more of the same" from the
new government.
You are kindly requested to attend this meeting, and to
encourage your friends to attend, and to participate in the proceedings.
After the main presentation, there will be open discussion. We look forward
to seeing you at this meeting on Saturday, June 30th., at 5.30 p.m. sharp .
