GL responds: For a long time, many Goans have been living in a world (and in a Goa) of make-belief. I used to be a supporter of Indian National Congress. But have lost faith in INC since the time of Narashima Rao - the most corrupt PM India has ever had. Clearly the electorate spoke in the last election and with many good reasons. Unfortunately some segments of the Goan population have yet to receive the memo; and are still living in their own sussegad life of the spoken or written world of their own imagination. My prediction: The same defecting individuals will be re-elected again on the BJP ticket. The elected Congress-persons have not fooled Goans, Some Goans have chosen to fool themselves. And few Goans will still be writing irrelevant long posts and commentary articles on the net and in the newspapers. Obviously these few Goans do not speak for the vast majority of their neighbors. The GFP with leader Sardesai and Company get a taste of their won medicine. The GFP taught the Congresswallas well; or should I say that the Congresswallas were quick learners? Regards, GL
