Pramod Sawant Honourable CM of Goa, is all set to reappoint you Panjim MLA Atanasio Monserrte as Chairman of Greater Panjim Planning and Development Area ( GPPDA) which comprises of Taleigao planning area. Since now you have now powers i request that this illegal construction of 8th floor storage building near my residence at Bay View its action may please be taken. This is a lane and the Taleigao Sarpanch is aware of it. It should be taken on priority basis as the construction is owned by Mr Gill ( Sadarji) to accomodate casino staff which may lead to prostitution in our residential area. Please appoint a committee to inquire about this illegal construction having access road ( only 6 metres width). This will give rise to heavy traffic congestion in our narrow lane as well as to the connecting main road Dona Paula - Bambolim highway . This lane connects just to a narrow highway slopinng road near Nelson Cabral restaurant. I am enclosing latest today's photos of this construction for your information and also please check whether these approvals were done under pressure ( copy enclosed). Request you to please fix up responsibility and penal action for those involved in this illegal construction needs to be taken . Moreover it falls in your Taleigao Panchayat jurisdiction and approval was done intentionally on Municipal area (CCP ) in order to get higher FIR and other benefits. All concerned authorities are been informed earlier with residents of Dona Paula and staff of NIO signatures but no action is taken yet.
