This isn't a rule as yet... and even if it became one, I guess it
would be the moderators who could do the verification that persons
exist, and are whom they claim they are!
Just for discussion sake, does your above argument stem from the
exaggerated North American (particularly US) concerns over that
bug-bear called 'privacy'? Or is it just a clever argument?
AFAIK, half (or so) of the listings on the telephone directory in most
parts of the globe is made up of women! --FN
