I don't think you have told the whole story why the BJP Hindu types love &
submit to White leaders like TRUMP and NETANYAHU.
Let's turn to History.
For a 1000 years, Hindustan was subject to many invasions - 800 years from
the Muslims, then the British.
The Hindus just couldn't confront or expel the invaders - they had no sense
of nationhood to put up a united front and no technology.
All they had was a variety of gods, cows (whom they consider god-like,
heaven knows why), sadhus, temples and sexist customs like SATI (widow but
not widower burning). Mughal Emperors found the Hindu environment pretty
primitive and recorded their impressions. Their monuments like the Taj Mahal
were way beyond Hindu skills.
Then came the British. They had no love for the Indians (commonly calling
them niggers) but transformed the country with infrastructure & technology:
building roads, rail, telephone, post office and introduced the Indians to
admin & systems of education & law. In short, India was given a taste of
modernity. The Brits next prepared a few Indians for high office - Gandhi,
Nehru, Ambedkar, Sardar Patel etc
Without his English education at Cambridge, Nehru would be no more than a
peasant from Uttar Pradesh.
The BJP lot have decided to remember their history selectively. At his first
Lok Sabha speech in 2014, Modi recalled the' 1200 years' of Hindu servitude
[note he preferred 1200 to 1000] and implied that the Muslims had a lot to
answer for. On the other hand, the Hindus remained grateful to the British
for modernising India and training Indians for governance. Since then,
Modi's BJP has held the Anglo Whites in high regard and has also cultivated
anti-Muslim western leaders as friends, specifically Trump and Netanyahu in
an attempt to spite the Muslims. With his peasant mind (devoid of intellect
or philosophy) he & his bigoted pals just seek to harass, humiliate and
brutalise the Muslims. His goons have lynched many, his policies are openly
discriminatory. A senior Muslim judge was earmarked for Madhya Pradesh (a
Hindu heartland) but Modi's gang was not happy about it and pressured the
Supreme Court to post him to a remote state called Tripura. Or take the case
of Kashmir: their people have been forced into lock down for over month.
Pure vindictiveness.
So to come to your comments on Iran:
it is true that Iran was prepared to sell its oil on favourable terms but
Modi prefers to forego those advantages and submit to White man Trump
instead.

India lost an opportunity to ignore American orders to stop buying oil from
from Iran, this showing India is not America’s bitch.
Iran is unjustly the victim of sanctions with America unilaterally
withdrawing from a negotiated nuclear agreement.
Iran supplies India oil 1) at discounted prices 2) on extended credit and 3)
in Rupee denomination.
India succumbed to American pressure since India/US trade is much larger
than its Iranian oil purchases and thus showed America that it can be its
bitch in any future face-off too.
