GOOD GOVERNANCE SHUNS BUREAUTRACTIC CONVENIENCE FIRST
It is only now after public chaos and frustraion in long queues, waste of time, 
job absence, money and technical glitches that Real Mazon Pvt Ltd has 
reportedly been permitted to accept on line payment and schedule appointment 
for HSRP on vehicles from monday. The Chief Minister will perhaps need to 
direct the Chief Secretary to ensure all heads of departments ensure ease in 
serving public given due consideration before putting their own convenience 
first, and ensure his cabinet follows up! It is no use issuing orders that 
harass the public and only after it becomes untenable do the sensible thing in 
public interest. The public is enduring high prices, bad pot holed roads, 
indisciplined traffic, climate change consequences, labor problems, have to run 
around to pay their service bills and so on. The people need all the help they 
can get from the good governance promised.
