Where does the writh of SC run
The interim order permits status quo slowing the women to visit and offer
worship. The Kerela police has refused protection to women. On the other hand
they are checking identity and age factor that women between 15 to 50 are not
in line. Where is the equality , freedom principle in 21 st century India?
The women desirous of visiting are prevented due to fear and security
Is the Kerela Govt guilty of defying the orders of SC by knowingly withholding
protection and circumventing the order?
No religion anywhere in the world is discriminatory on gender basis
Even the Muslim women are permitted to enter Haji Ali mosque?
These are regressive measures that sully the image of progressive India
Women of India need to refuse to enter into any relationship with men unless
and until their unequivocal stand is made public. This type of mass protest
will defy any legislation which are totally discriminatory to women rights
One wonders what SC will have to say when police are enforcing the law of age
barier that offends the sensibilities of image of Lord Ayapa? Will SC issue
interim orders to enforce their observation that till disposal of the case the
women are allowed worship
