As far as I am aware, Achroo Kapila( who I knew) was part of the Defence Team that defended Kenyatta and the Kapenguria Six, along with British Q.C., Denis Pritt, Diwan Chaman Lal of India, Chief Davies of Nigeria and Fitz D'souza. This is the first I've heard of his falling out with Kenyatta but the only one who could confirm this is Fitz. Another of my close friends who helped Kenyatta and his family post independence, was the late Francis(Fancush) da Gama Rose.
