This is in context about Canadian mayor's response or the issue of banning pork. On that note, I would urge everyone to curb (drastically if possible) the consumption of meat. Cattle and livestock farming (this includes dairy and fish farming too) need large amounts of land and water to produce meat, not to mention the methane livestock emit from both ends which is a large contributor to climate change. Also, the waste they produce that gets back into our water supply. Personally, I love meat, but am making great attempts to reduce intake to do my bit for the environment. This mail is gone viral whether it is fake or real but the Mayor refuses to remove pork from school canteen menu and said: Muslims must understand that they have to adapt to Canada and Quebec, its customs, its traditions, its way of life, because that's where they chose to immigrate.
