Why strange? Both Albert and CAB would recognise the primacy they want
religion (and issues religious) to play in this-worldly issues. So
what if we don't agree with that, it is a perspective and ideology
nonetheless! It might be pre-Enlightenment, but it's there...
Fyi, did you know about the ideology that the BJP swears by till this
day? It's called "integral humanism". Guess where it comes from? It
has a link to the "Christian Democrat" post-World War II western
European politics. Google and check that font of all knowledge (and
mis-knowledge), the Wikipedia, if you wish. FN
