Caroline Esmeralda van der Leeuw is a Dutch jazz and pop singer who shot to prominence with 2 hits in 2010 - Back It Up and A Night Like This. With her accompaniment the Grandmono Orchestra she does Swing, Jazz and Pop numbers and is particularly praised for her live performances. BBC One has given her exposure to Britain and Europe beyond Netherlands where she was already extremely popular.
