All these magnificent solo guitar performances being selected by Roland for Goanet viewers brings to mind "Manitas de Plata" (little silver hands), a "totally illiterate gypsy from France" . "Illiterate" to suggest self taught. When De Plata played a concert at Carnegie Hall (he made over 14 appearances at Carnegie Hall) rumors were circulating about a few guitars being found in the Hudson River the next morning...BTW "Manitas de Oro"(little gold hands) was reserved for Andres Segovia.Enjoy
