Circumstance allowed me to run into Dr Oscar Rebello, a physician
whose diagnostic skills I trust for long, and recently convenor of the
Goa Bachao Andolan. I tried to convince him to share the column he
writes each week, through Goanet. He laughingly explained how
paper-oriented he was, and how "writing" for him necessarily meant
pen-and-paper.
If you could convince him, please send him a mail to
