I feel selection of this stadium place was wrongly approved by the Government as this building was built for government functions and later exhibitions in order to get some financial monetary benefits. That was Parrikar vision. If this stadium is converted into a Covid testing place then whole area or rooms will be contaminated and the walls including floor etc will be damaged and turned into a dirty place. After the Convid is normalized people will have still the fear of going there. Also if anybody resident of Dona Paula if found suspicious with some signs of cough, asthma or flu with fever these people will be immediately taken into quarantine in this stadium. If they are normal or not having any virus they will get contaminated with those positive already admitted patients. It is better not to approve this stadium in order to give respect to Parrikar who was brain behind the existence of this stadium in Dona Paula. Better any other than this stadium can be selected.
