Book 2 - ‘Forever Yours’ ‘Forever Yours’ was first published as ‘Sankoll’ by Bonaventure D’Pietro in Konkani and was translated into English by Willy Goes in 2017. The docu-novel spans three generations with the traditions and social customs related to a Goan Catholic wedding as the main subject. This book throws light on the reason behind these rituals. The fortnight long grand affair is now reduced to mere three days and in some families just the wedding day. The book also came with a Konkani CD featuring Zoti and Vers which are sung during the preparation of the wedding. -------------- next part --------------
