I find it noble and encouraging that much concern is being voiced for the jobless and perhaps disillusioned returnees to Goa. I was wondering whether someone savvy in computer skills could build a database about the returnees, their skills, age, field of expertise/experience, contact numbers and email addresses. Such information would definitely make it easier to match skills and possible occupation opportunities. Maybe the Govt of Goa is already doing something similar. No idea. But nothing to prevent this concerned group from taking up such a mini project. Fr. Tony
