Reference my letter on SUPREME COURT REFUSES TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM PMCF TO
NDRF, I mentioned wrong fact "reportedly Prashant Bhushan sent to jail" which
report was reported "breaking news" on one of the TV channels I was surfing.
These days it is getting more and more difficult to know exactly what is the
truth! The SC in its wisdom has levied a fine of Rs1/- only and if he does not
pay the fine then its jail. With this out of the way it is hoped that both the
SC and Prashant be circumspect in upholding the law and the Constitution for
the betterment and strengthening of Democracy in our nation.
