With the two Panchayats in the Divar Island, followed by Chimbel and Old Goa having all sent in their unanimous resolutions urging government to set up a full fledged Health Centre at the Old Ribandar Hospital, the Merces Panchayat has also collectively resolved and urged the government through an official resolution on the need of a full fledged Health Centre at the Old Ribandar Hospital with all medical facilities.
Let us repose our faith and trust that Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane and our local MLA Babush Monserrate will move swiftly to ensure that this long awaited Health care and medical facilities at the Old Ribandar Hospital is soon a reality. On account of the overwhelming and unanimous demand of the people this promise and assurance by the Government is with a guarantee and warranty. And in the words of our MLA Babush Monserrate ‘By hook or crook it will be ensured that full medical facilities are restored at the Old Ribandar Hospital’.
